Dr. Ebonee Magee-Dorsey, Counselor at Rod Paige Middle School and Monticello Elementary School, has been selected to work with other educators on a project of the Mississippi Department of Education (MDE).
MDE is in the beginning phase of developing a resource document for middle school administrators, counselors, parents, and students. This document, the Middle School Transition Toolkit, will be used to support the transition of middle school students as they matriculate from the upper elementary grades, throughout their middle grade years, and into high school.
Dr. Magee-Dorsey will work with other educators both face-to-face and virtually to create this resource.
